• Leading departments and operations of the company.

• Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs.

• Work closely with Human Resources to implement and refine company policies and procedures and modern HR practices.

• Guiding, directing and evaluating the work of management and executive team members.

• Creating and implementing a strategic plan.

• Leveraging company output to improve ranking in the competitive field.

• Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting.

• Representing the company for external and internal events.

• Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead.

• Identifying, training and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management.


Roles & Responsibilities

• Jointly work with MD/CEO/Directors of company to make a growth strategy & business plan for the company to meet vision & goals .

• VP must focus on company sales growth as well as customer delivery plan with timely execution.

• Synthesis findings, develop prospective on company or group companies in analytical way to create multifold growth strategy.

• Project planning across functions related to the establishment and setup of company's presence across country.

• Creating best place to work in coming 2 years in people management practices.


Requirements

  1. Educational Qualifications : CA/M.Com/MBA (with 10-15 yrs experience)
  2. Should be proficient in ERP/SAP or any other business management softwares
  3. Candidate should be passionate about our business sectors such as Renewable Energy, Construction & IT sector.
  4. Highly organised leader with research mindset and focus on results.
